Yoga on the Lake, the premier yoga studio in Sheboygan County, is located in The Shops at Woodlake Kohler and offers more than 74 classes a week. The overall design and focus for Yoga on the Lake is to create a comfortable space where you can experience a connection of body and mind. The studio’s floor-to-ceiling bay windows overlook Wood Lake. Yoga on the Lake is the only facility in a 50-mile radius of Kohler to offer both unheated and heated class environments with the addition of the dedicated Hot Yoga studio. This detoxifying yoga practice is performed in a studio at a temperature between 95-105 degrees and promotes mindfulness, flexibility, strength, muscle tone and general fitness.

One calendar day standard membership access to Sports Core Health & Racquet Club

Complimentary access to Sports Core includes lap and family pools, men’s and women’s steam rooms, indoor and outdoor tennis courts*, beach access, group fitness classes and Fitness Training Center featuring the latest in exercise equipment such as Climbmills, Lifecycles, elliptical trainers, treadmills, cycles, Peloton bike, free weights and circuit training equipment. Monday–Thursday, 5am–10pm.

Please pay for your Revive and Renew R&R day package at Kohler Waters Spa upon arrival in Kohler. Yoga on the Lake, Sports Core, and Pro Shop passes will be given upon receipt of payment at the spa. Revive and Renew R&R day package is available Monday through Thursday only.
