Kohler Waters Spa Completes Thoughtful Expansion, With Additional Treatment Rooms, Updated Relaxation Areas and Enhanced Amenities

 

Latest spa developments elevate Kohler Co.’s dynamic and evolving wellbeing program

 

 

Kohler, Wis. – June 27, 2018 – Destination Kohler, the Midwest’s only Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond resort-hotel, is pleased to announce the completion of its highly anticipated expansion at Kohler Waters Spa in Kohler, Wisconsin. One of only 60 Forbes Five-Star spas worldwide and a leader in hydrotherapy, the flagship spa now features thirteen new treatment rooms, additional co-ed lounge seating in the pool-side relaxation area, a stunning bridal suite and a health-conscious café.

 

“One of our primary goals with this expansion was to increase the amount of co-ed relaxation space around our lower level relaxation pool,” said Garrett Mersberger, director of Wellness at Kohler Co. “Our guests want to experience water through all five senses when they visit the Kohler Waters Spa, and this thoughtfully designed expansion helps elevate that experience even more.”

 

The expansion and design was all centered around water and improving the overall customer experience.  One of the cornerstones of Destination Kohler’s renowned wellbeing offerings, the spa now encompasses:

  • Thirteen new treatment rooms outfitted with the finest Kohler Co. plumbing products
  • Expanded common space with an increase of 20 co-ed seats situated around the perimeter of the lower level relaxation pool and waterfall.
  • Elevated café exclusively designed for spa-goers, featuring indoor and outdoor seating and a health-conscious menu sure to please all palettes.
  • Luxurious and spacious corner bridal suiteaccommodating groups of up to eight and featuring two multi-use Gharieni chairs where guests can simultaneously relish in a manicure, pedicure and hair treatment – the well-lit suite boasts a high-top makeup bar where bridal parties can sip on mimosas and enjoy small bites.

 

To complement this expansion, Kohler Waters Spa also debuted its annual 2018-2019 Menu of Services in May 2018, introducing two innovative, water-based services: the Thermal Hydro Body Wrap and the Cascading Waterfall Massage. Both treatments feature the spa’s trademark KOHLER™ Custom Vichy Shower, with the latter representing the brand’s first massage to utilize hydrotherapy techniques.
