All room reservations will be subject to a one-night deposit, plus tax and resort fee, to be charged at the time of booking. This deposit may be charged to a major credit card or may be made through an advance cash deposit equal to one night's stay (room rate plus applicable tax). Advance cash deposits must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. Any reservation canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
May 1 - October 31

Please note: Maximum number of 2 adults in King Bed accommodations, 4 adults in accommodations with two beds.

All cancellations made within 31 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
If cancellations are made outside of the 31 days of arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $75 cancellation fee. Your deposit shall be returned within 30 days of Kohler Co. receiving your cancellation notice.
Kohler Co. is not responsible for the weather or other acts of God and there will be no refunds for these occurrences. Transportation in such events are not guaranteed.
Smoking inside the cabin is PROHIBITED. If this regulation is violated and smoking has been detected inside the cabin, a $250 penalty will be charged to the credit card on file. Kohler Co. is authorized to charge this fee to your credit card on file.

Pets are allowed, including inside the cabin. There is a $100 nonrefundable pet fee per pet unless otherwise noted.
A fee of $50 will be charged for all returned checks.
The Security Deposit is $500. Any damages will be deducted from your Security Deposit. If for any reason, the amount of damages exceeds the $500 Security Deposit, you agree to allow Kohler to charge your credit card for the excess damages. You further agree to reimburse Kohler Co. for any collection costs, if necessary, and reasonable attorney fees.
After your departure, the property is inspected and inventoried for damages and missing items. Wisconsin law allows 30 days from departure date for damages to be assessed and billed or accounted to guests. You agree that if you do not report all losses or damages to Kohler Co. no later than the departure date will be your responsibility.
