Embark on an unforgettable outdoor journey at River Wildlife – a 500-acre wilderness preserve exclusively available to members and lodging guests of Destination Kohler with a purchased entry pass. Immerse yourself in self-guided hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and cross-country skiing. For those seeking a challenge, put your marksmanship to the test with the tactical pistol & rifle course. There is also seasonal pheasant hunting available for experienced fieldsman. Come and experience the outdoors at River Wildlife.
A rustic log cabin with a massive fieldstone fireplace and six intimate dining rooms featuring pine floors and antique wood furnishings is headquarters for the club and home to the renowned Lodge Restaurant. Culinary creations like Thyme-Roasted Duck with a Door County Cherry Tawny Port Glaze and Rushing Waters Smoked Salmon Watercress Chowder are part of the ever-changing, regionally inspired menu.

Limited access to this private, members only club is available only to those with lodging reservations at either The American Club® or Inn on Woodlake with a purchased entry pass. River Wildlife is not open to the general public. Advance reservations are required for dining and activities.
