Celebration of Chocolate Wine Dinner

Elevate your palate at this decadent sweet and savory four-course journey through chocolate and wine, crafted by Kohler Village’s culinary artists: Chef Lenny Sorce, Chef Zeke Fitzgerald, Chef Robert Brown, and Chef Nicolas Blouin.
The format of the dinner is assigned seating with 8–10 guests per table. Seating requests and dietary restrictions will be taken into consideration if noted in advance. Guests will be asked to check in by last name with dinner host.

Unravel the secrets of this rich, brioche-like cake filled with dark fudge and topped with cocoa streusel. Join Chef Alexandre Dufaur for an engaging demonstration on crafting chocolate babka, complete with a wine pairing and sample.

Treat your taste buds to an immersive chocolate and wine pairing experience guided by Kohler Chocolates’ Head Chocolatier, Crystal Thomas.
Seminar includes 4 chocolates and 4 wine samples.

The Modern Cookie Demo
3–4pm | The American Club Lake Superior & Huron Rooms
Learn to bake cookie masterpieces with unique fillings and toppings, all under the expert guidance of Chef Travis Jeske. This experience includes cookie samples and a wine pairing.
Seminar includes 2 food samples and 1 wine sample.

Mexican Bites and Tequila Pairing Seminar

Escape the winter chill with Mexican dishes infused with chocolate, complemented by tequila pairings to keep you warm.

Behind the Scenes with a Chocolatier
4:30–6pm | KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates
Spend the afternoon as a chocolatier. Join Head Chocolatier Crystal Thomas and Assistant Chocolatier Kirsten Nennig at Kohler Chocolates to experience firsthand with what detail and care our chocolates are crafted. In this interactive event, you will be invited into the kitchen of Kohler Chocolates and may also be asked to roll up your sleeves for some hands on components.

Gather your friends for a night out at this bustling extravaganza designed to delight all your senses.
With Frozen Fairways as the backdrop, this event is both a feast for the eyes and palate, featuring live beats by celebrity DJ Eric Rhodes, an open bar, unique winter activities, and a host of robust food and dessert stations for every taste:
- Charcuterie & Cheese: Sample an assortment of BelGioioso cheeses and cured meats, accompanied by house-made jam, Marcona almonds, and artisanal breads.
- Salad Station: Refresh your palate with a classic Caesar or Pecan Cranberry Salad, each a prelude to the variety of fresh, vibrant options available.
- Global Flavors: Explore international tastes with our Shrimp Taco Station, featuring honey sriracha aioli-drizzled rock shrimp, and the Udon Noodle Station, with its savory chicken and vegetable medley.
- Hearty Comforts: Savor the classic comfort of juicy Angus beef sliders from our Beef Slider Grill Station, or melt into the gooey delight of Raclette cheese over fresh baguettes.

Dress code: Casual. This is an indoor/outdoor event. Some indoor activities are not fully heated, and other activities offered are fully outdoors.
